    Hi

I've tried to turn on the friendly url feature, the urls are being created but when you try to browse to them you get a 404 error.

Everything is in the root of the directory.

I've used the default .htaccess file that was provided with the build and thats being parsed as i tried added random letters to the start and got internal errors.

I'm using wayfinder at the bottom and those are the links i'm trying to get to work. The work when friendly urls aren't in use.

    WebSite is http://46.20.119.159/~guardwel/

For example about us is coming up as url
    http://46.20.119.159/~guardwel/about-us/about-guardwell.html

But its giving 404, i've set the resource alias as about-guardwell and its in the about_us folder.

    Attached screenshot on furl settings.

    Any help would be appreciated

Most servers don't pick up the .htaccess file when accessing a site through a temp domain like /~username

Is your Apache server config set up to allow .htaccess overrides?

          See http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/howto/htaccess.html and http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/mod/core.html#allowoverride
