Hi.
I have several MODx installations and on one of them I suddenly can not log in to the manager anymore.
I am using the www.mysite.com/manager login page.
After inputting my username/password I just get the same page again with empty fields. If I try to enter a wrong password, I get an error informing me of wrong password, but if I enter the correct username/password nothing happens.
I can not access the manager, though it seems my username and password was accepted.
The system has been working fine for months.
I am doing additions every day, so it is hard to say what may have caused this. I don’t remember doing any structural changes lately, though.
I have deleted cookies to no effect.
I have tried searching the forum, but could not find a similar case.
Anyone has any idea to where I should start looking for the cause? Kinda hard to debug when i can’t get into the manager.
I am using v. 0.96 of the core, PHP 4.4.6, MySQL 4.1.14

What I would do is go into the database and follow the steps for changing the admin password. Not sure where that info is, but I have done it. Just might work.. well before you try that, if possible, I would restart apache / mysql.

Before I tried your suggestion, I tried logging in using Safari and it worked!
So, it is something in my Firefox setup causing this issue.
