I’m unable to purchase support with either of 2 valid cards. I’ve been inputting as many permutations of the address to satisfy the checkout as i can think of but just keep getting the follwing message:
Error: Your credit card was declined for the following reason: The transaction resulted in an AVS mismatch. The address provided does not match billing address of cardholder
I’ve double & triple checked the data and it’s 100% correct and has worked elsewhere pleny of times. Can you help please??? as i really need to get the support started.
many thanks
Just for another attempt I added my phone number (a non-required field) and received the following alert:
Error: There was an error processing your credit card: A duplicate transaction has been submitted
A bit worried about this one... please could you advise.
thanks

The duplicate transaction is due to the previous submission (and same session). The AVS mismatch is when the street address in the form does not match the street address on the credit card for the billing address.
I’ve looked at the declines and noticed that the company name appears to be put into the Address field and that the Street Address is going into the city field. The postal code is matching, but not the street address.

thanks for looking into it - i only included the company name on the first attempt and had also tried the variations according in your comments but got the error msg.
I will keep trying
hi
The payment system still won’t accept my details. I have input card details exactly as they appear on my bills for 2 different cards but the AVS system still pulls an error. I totally appreciate that the payment system is from an outside vendor (authorise.net) and that this can cause you guys unwarranted headaches.
As per your last comment, the company name is part of the address. I’ve tried variations on these addresses but get the same results every time - beyond that it’s a guessing game.
Could you please help with this as i really need to resolve the issues with the website.
Thanks

You’re still putting the company name into the first address field, which authorize.net uses for the street address match. The way that credit card processors work is that they don’t pay attention to the company name despite it being part of the address. We can solve this one of two ways: send me a PM or email with your CC info (not advised) or skip the company name and it should work.

I have tried it without the company name a few times but that didn’t work. However... I literally swapped the order of the lines in the address to an order which is very different to those on my bills, and it worked - i think i can see what was causing the problem.
Thanks for your advice.
