Duplicated static chunks not linked with static file

I've got a few chunks that won't update the content field no matter what I do. I can type in the field, and when I reload after a save the changes show, but the file doesn't update. Conversely, same with the file. I've got one thing in the file, and another in the content field but neither are speaking with each other.

Create a new chunk, set the static file, and all is well. I'm using the same static file with both the working new chunk and the non-working duplicated chunk.

I doubt it matters, but this is on a 2.2.6 MODX Cloud Development site.

It sounds like there might be a permission or ownership issue with the file.

I had to move forward, so I made new chunks, assigned the same file. The new chunks work as expected. It had something to do with the duplicated chunks. Weird.

I think I've seen this before but I'm not sure of the circumstances when it occurred.
