Hi all, I've migrated my website from localhost to online production. I achieved this by installing modx from scratch and replacing all files (excluding core config) and the database. Everything has migrated successfully, but the Wayfinder menu does not show up on the site, even though the snippet is correct. It shows up on localhost fine. Is there a cache I have to clear or something?

You can just try to erase the whole cache directory via ftp, but it shouldn't be a problem normally...can you provide your snippet call and maybe also how it's called (directly in a template, via chunk, inside something else)?

Okay, just wiped the entire cache directory. Nothing changed.

The initial code (being called from the template directly) looked like:

        [[Wayfinder? &startId=`0`]]

I also tried with an exclamation mark and using ignoreHidden.

Nothing show up in HTML source.

Thank you for your prompt response,
        Josh

Every time that happens to me there is only one solution: install wayfinder smiley

Installed, reinstalled and latest version (2.3.3). Browser and server cache cleared after each reinstall.

Hm, something in the error log? Maybe add &debug=`1` to the call to get some more info?

Okay, the output is visible here.

I am still going through a bunch of solutions, most of which are farfetched, but I'm really pretty stumped.

There seems to be stuff missing from the end of your debug info: the "Document Processing" table. This gives you all the info about all the resouces Wayfinder has found.

Have you got the same &startId ? Are your resources there?

Stupid question: are snippets working at all?

Can you create a new snippet and put some stupid code in it?

                    <? echo 'here I am';

                    [[!StupidSnippet]]

Check the MODX error log as well as the server error log.

Did you happen to rerun the installer (in "upgrade" mode) after migrating the database and files? My bet is on a wrong, old path somewhere that is breaking processing.
