I am using Evo 1.0.7, I don't know why \ appear to my source.that's why css not able to work properly, you can see an example as bellow

That looks like a case of PHP's magic_quotes_gpc having been enabled. Has your hosting just updated the PHP version?

Because of Christmas time they didn't response, I tired to php_flag magic_quotes_gpc Off into .htaccess file but I will get Internal Server Error

currently my php version is 5.3.8

In your Reports->System Info, the phpinfo "view" link, look for the setting for magic_quotes_gpc. At least that will tell you if that's the problem.

You need to set the correct time zone in your .htaccess file: http://www.webmastersucks.com/change-time-zone-with-htaccess/

Or in a php.ini file: http://php.net/manual/en/datetime.configuration.php

Put the date/time setting in the same /manager/php.ini file as before. You many need to put another one in the site root as well, since the front-end works from the site root's index.php file, and you have to have a php.ini file in ever directory from which a .php file is run - they don't get "inherited" like .htaccess files are.
