I'm to begin a new project. I have developed a couple of community with Drupal but the limitation are grave. I have been waiting to see MODx mature to that community capability stage. Can MODx achieve this now?
A website with social network features. We would have videos uploaded to Vimeo and plugged into the website. When a user sign ups and joins the site they can can rate the videos and are also presented a list of related videos (should they be interested to view and rate those as well). Besides rating, users can comment on the video and make suggests on the category of genre the video should be placed (this I know would require some custom code).
These user activities automatically ulter the library of videos of the site, restructuring the categorization (genre classification).
For signing up, users should be able to sign up and log in using primarily their Facebook account and possibly their twitter keys as well.
The question is: Can MODx Revo handle this now and what extras would you recommend?
