    Hi guys,

    Does AdvSearch not work with MODx Revo 2.2.6?

    I have set up everything the same as i ever do and it just wont return any results. Also not getting any errors, unless i change the table class which then generates an error.
    I don't have a custom table prefix it just won't return results at all just throws the default "There were no search results. Please try using more general terms to get more results."

    Thanks

      Hm. I'm getting results, but only if I post to a landing page. Having the search results on the same page as the search form does nothing at all. [edit] No, that's only if it's all on the home page. Put both on any other page and it works as expected.

      Are you sure you have the Zend search library installed correctly? And by the way, the Zend Framework 2.0 doesn't include the search libraries any more. [ed. note: sottwell last edited this post 13 years, 9 months ago.]

        Hello there Susan!

        Yea i've got the Zend search library in the libraries container as per usual and Have literally next to replicated the same model thats on another install which is working fine. That's whats baffling me really. I'm using a custom query hook and initialising it on load of page to pull the results straight in but yea its just throwing the no results.

        Tres bizarre.

          I had some problems with getting no results using a custom hook. I found that changing qhVersion from 1.1 to 1.2 fixed the problem:

          $qhDeclaration = array(
              'qhVersion' => '1.2',
          	'andConditions' => $andConditions
          );

            Hey Dave!

            Thanks for the response. Just checked, i have version 1.2 set. It's odd because its an near identical set up as on another site. On the same server with all the same configs but one just doen't work. No errors unless i change the Class name to something incorrect, just not showing any results.
