The Manager-mainpage menu looses the lexicon

    Hi,
    I have one MODX installation (now running 2.2.6) that shows a very strange behaviour in the manager: After login in, the mainpage menu somehow looses all lexicon entries, showing e.g. "Sicherheit / user_group_management" instead of "Security Access Controls" (see screenshots attached). All menu items are somehow "raw".

    This thing exists since 2.1.8 or so and did not vanish by a simple update. I ran setups over and over. I transfered the website to several servers – and all showed that strange behaviour.

    Has anybody any idea what causes this babylonic confusion? Again, only the mainpage of the manager "/manager/" is affected and every other page is fine.

    P.S.: I have a MODX cloud installation/clone of this website (same problem there) but unfortunatly my account has some problems which hopefully will be fixed soon. ;-) So I cannot invite you to my cloud-cuckoo-land.

      Any chance you're maxing out your account's disk quota? I did run into this one time, and it had something to do with MODX no longer being able to write to the cache, since the disk was full.

        Nope, I wish it was but: 4 different servers all behave the same. And it's only the mainpage of the manager (screenshot 1). Everything else looks fine (screenshot 2). The cache gets cleared well. Besides the speed problem for rebuilding it, everything is fine.

            Sorry, nothing, as far as I can see. Reload the manaer startpage does not ahow any errors.

              Just in case anyone else stumbles across this @aladage suggestion was exactly what happened to us. Spawning backup files had filled up our VPS the site was still running very slowly but the manager login page had dropped all lexicons and so had the menu exactly like @mindeffects screen shot.

              Cleared up disk space restarted the server / flushed cache and we were good.

              Doesn't look like this helped the OP but might someone else that finds the post.
