Installation Error

Hi, i was trying to install modex latest stable version on my centos server. All went fine till the pre-installation check. But wen i click on "Install" button, it gives me internal server error. I tried with different version with no luck. Someone please help.. my server info as below,

Let's first start with the error your getting, what does the error log say? You can find that under core/cache

I could find only a "setup" file inside (root folder)/core/cache .. No log file

Also my server is i686

Hmm, okay. And the internal server error, does that provide more information than just internal server error?
Have you tried reuploading the files again, sometimes some files get stuck in trnasfer causing this.

That last error indicates that the server expects its own 500, 404 not-found and other error pages in the web root. The second error (end of script headers) is probably a direct result of the first, a badly configured suhosin security module of the server. Since that suhosin security check on the incoming POST values is failing, PHP never gets a chance to fully process the index.php file that was requested.

Thanks sottwell& thapriest86. Fixed the issue with suhosin and did a upgrade of php from "5.2.9" to "5.2.17". It's now working.
