BobRay, that captcha mechanism is going to likely be removed, or hopefully replaced, before we go beta with this.

Also, re: the global cache, I have not tested with all caching turned off lately, so that is likely broken from recent merges/changes.

The captcha option seemed to be non-functioning when I tried it. I turned it on but no image appeared and I could still log in. I don’t need it, I just wanted to see if it worked since similar code in SPForm didn’t work in 0.9.7.

That’s when I turned caching off and things went south.

Now I can’t log in to turn caching back on and turning caching on in the db doesn’t seem to help either. An upgrade install fails so I guess I’m doing a "new" install. grin

Actually, if it existed, just removing the core/cache/config.cache.php should have resolved your issue after changing it in the database.

Hey folks. Stop! As has been said time and time again, this is still alpha software.

Ahh. I didn’t realize scripts could cause a problem. Is it because of using up CPU cycles or giving access across protected spaces or ... what reasons would bad scripts cause problems in a shared setup?

          Just curious.
