Hi,

I have a "Product scroller" where I use Wayfinder to display the items.

    The structure looks like this:

    StartId (3)
    - Container 1
    - Child
    - Child
    - Container 2
    - Child
    - Child

Now I do want only the children of both containers to be shown, NOT the containers. I tried with hiding the container, still nothing. I tried excludeDocs, no result either.

    Here is my WF call:

       [[Wayfinder? &startId=`3` &level=`3` &rowTpl=`productsRow` &outerTpl=`ProductsOuter` &hereClass=`active` ]]

    rowTpl:

[[+wf.linktext]]

    outerTpl:
    <div id="makemescrollable" [[+wf.classes
    [[+wf.wrapper]]

    Hope you can help me!

You can use getResources for that.
There are some different properties to exclude your containers.
      http://rtfm.modx.com/display/ADDON/getResources

      for example &hideContainers

Or you can filter with the where-property

      &where=`{"is_folder":"0"}`

or if your children have another template than your folders:

      &where=`{"template":"5"}`

or you can also filter by TV-values

Thank you for your reply, but I have a question: How do I display those values as a link, like Wayfinder would do?
Because it should also be a navigation, not just simply display of the item titles.

I would appreciate if you could give me a hint how to do that. Thank you!

With Wayfinder you should be able to use a parentRowTpl or categoryFoldersTpl with nothing more than the [[+wf.wrapper]] in it.
