Looking for a ModX Wizard with Server Admin & Advanced PHP Skills to be our Director of Systems Engineering

I'm looking for a person of many talents to be our in-house Director of Systems Engineering in Tampa, Florida. We're willing to help with relocation.

Ideally this position will be a great fit for an experienced engineer who is an agile ModX Wizard + server admin genius and a php programming rock star. We're a scrappy team building a portfolio of brands from our new offices in Tampa, Florida. We're well established as a business with 8+ years of revenue and growth behind us, solid revenue in our portfolio already and we were recently purchased in mid-2011 by a capital group/parent company (roughly 300 employees in our parent company) so we are well funded for any capital acquisitions required to build nationally recognized brands. What's crazy is that we're a moving and shaking subsidiary company with a team of 5 to 6 people and we need some back-end development/systems admin help asap.

We LOVE ModX and are quickly becoming raving fans individually. However, we have yet to launch a ModX site at our company. Our legacy site is currently built using Joomla and needs moved over. We are launching new brands and will want ModX powering all of them.

If you refer a truly impressive systems/php engineer that we hire, we'll pay you a $3,000 referral fee.

The engineer must have a very impressive, publicly available and verifiable profile to evaluate their programming skills and contributions to the space. Primary expert skills we're looking for in a candidate: Entrepreneurship/management, PHP, Server admin, security and Data warehousing. Their track record in the past several years will need to be 2nd to none.

I have several people telling me that our compensation package is very competitive, if not better than, management/engineering comp at several major tech companies including Ebay, Facebook and others.

I received an educational PM and realized that although we want a ModX back-end wizard, we do have a Director of Front-End development in-house who is quickly turning into a ModX fanboy and we can try to do the same with a server admin/php engineer too.

If you know somebody who rocks php and server admin but might not have too much (or any) ModX experience, send them our way! We'll help them learn to love ModX!

I also wanted to clarify that we're a well established business and we're just getting revved up with an Entrepreneurial twist after managing and scaling our healthy-profit-margin business for 8+ years. It's time we diversify and invest in different verticals at the same company!
