Install Manager Error ::FIXED::

I installed ModX...and I went to login to the manager and I get this message:

Warning: unlink(D:\Inetpub\graygiant\manager\includes/../../assets/cache/installProc.inc.php) [function.unlink]: Permission denied in D:\Inetpub\graygiant\manager\includes\accesscontrol.inc.php on line 23

Anyone know how I can fix this?

Thanks.
