Articles always caching – have to clear cache to see design changes

    Hi

    I have a custom Articles container template and item chunk referenced from an external file. I have partial resource cache set to 'off', so when I update my files the articles templates should also update. Unfortunately, I have to manually clear the cache instead.

    I have also tried it with Global Cache setting to 'off' as well.

    Partial resource cache set to off works as expected for all other elements on the site, including a manual getResources call.

    Any ideas?
