Hi, I have the next problem, hope someone can help me to solve it.
When I set a publish date to a post, for example, for the next day at 1am, sometimes it does get published, but other times it doesn't ¿Any idea why is this happening?
I'm working with MODx Evolution.

This may sound like a silly question, but how do you know it isn't published? The point being that nothing happens spontaneously when the "publish on" date is reached; it just means that the next time someone requests the page after the publish date the "published" setting will be updated to "yes".
Assuming the page is being requested after the "publish on" date, have you checked that the field remains set after saving and reopening? Also check what the Reports > Schedule list is telling you about the dates and times attached to your items.
