Writing and Reading to DB from a snippet help

    ok I’m a bit of a noob to the DB stuff,

    How would I write a set of values to the DB for a user an example of the data would be:

    WebsiteUrl = somedomain.com
    Keywords = some phrase, some phrase, some phrase, some phrase, some phrase

    then for each of those key words, I want a numeric value attached with a timestamp. so I can track those values over time.
