The error messages are pointing towards a server issue. Could you tell us more about your hosting provider? This data I copied from MODx System info:
System : Linux spl19.hosting.reg.ru 3.2.0-0.bpo.2-amd64 #1 SMP Fri Jun 29 20:42:29 UTC 2012 x86_64 Server API : CGI/FastCGI Virtual Directory Support : disabled PHP Version : 5.3.13
Hum... This type of issue would generally point towards an apache configuration issue. You might try running the error message past your hosting provider and see if they have any ideas.
I'm not sure there is much you can do to resolve the problem if it is actually a server issue. Did you notice any permission errors installing or using MODX, such as needing to use 666/777 (files/folders) instead of 644/755? That's generally a sign that suPHP isn't setup which is generally recommended for shared servers.
Similar problem I've just fixed by the following way:
1. Goto System setting
2. Clear session_handler_class
