Backend almost disapear

Hello,

I use modx since 4 years. And sometimes manager disapear like in attachement, no tree, no content and menu does not work anymore. The only solution i found is to reinstall. But i want to know if someone knows how to figure it out without reinstall. Of course cache is cleared.

so I have actually two problems. I usually disables compression js and css but I did not make this version (I feel stupid) and thank you for your help. My second problem is that from time to time my backend is completely empty and I have to empty the cache to return. I followed several discution^s on the forum but nothing works would have you an idea.

What is your hosting? It seems to me, from the forum posts like yours, that there are certain server configurations that cause a problem with the caching system.

my hosting is OVH
