Evo to Revo Migration

Hi all! Hopefully i'm posting in the right place?

I'm looking for someone to move the data from a ModX Evo (1.0.4) site to a ModX Revo site? The client has requested a bucket load of changes and it's been so long since I've used Evo i'm thinking this might be the most cost effective route. It would only be content and TVs as I'll be re-working the templates. I I've tried to use provisioner but with no luck.
