Does anyone know if there is anything you can do about Breadcrumbs failing validation with the W3C Validation service. I get the following errors:

Line 113, Column 62: there is no attribute "itemscope"
    …x"><li class="B_firstCrumb" itemscope="itemscope" itemtype="http://data-vocabu…

Line 113, Column 83: there is no attribute "itemtype"
    …Crumb" itemscope="itemscope" itemtype="http://data-vocabulary.org/Breadcrumb">…

Line 113, Column 155: there is no attribute "itemprop"
    …rumb"><a class="B_homeCrumb" itemprop="url" rel="Home" href="index.php?id=1"><…

From reading up on it, it appears that this may not be supported by html5 yet, hence the validation failing - anyone else had the same problem? Anything that can be done about it? I am using transitional doc type, not strict as well....

To validate an HTML5 page try the http://html5.validator.nu/ validator. The longer and more technical option would be to create a custom DTD for the W3C validator to pass those items as valid. That documentation can be found here.
