Where are Articles tags stored?

Hi All,

We migrated a modx 2.2.5pl to the production server . All went wel, except Articles. after some hassle and re-installation we got it to work. But all tags are gone. can anyone tell me where Articles stores the tags? so i might find them back in a backup.
