    According to the documentation:
Once the package is installed you can setup a template variable and assign the formz input type and output type to it. Go to a page that has the template variable assigned to its template, and you should now have an empty dropdown menu.

I'm looking for this TV input type, but failing to find it. I installed Formz on another site, after first making sure to install formItFastPack, and again could not locate the Formz TV input type. If I'm doing something wrong while installing these packages, I did it twice.

Do I have to create the Formz custom TV input/output types, or is something missing from the Formz package installation? I really don't feel like learning custom TV types creation today. Another day would be better. I just want to get a form validating and published asap. The one I'm trying to debug is making me crazy and I was hoping Formz would solve that issue quickly. heh... I should have known better than that.

I haven't used it myself, but did you check this? http://silentworks.github.com/formz/#formz-template-variable

I had this written last night, but I finally gave up entirely and went back to the hard coded form (which doesn't work yet either). It's at least partly functional.

I did look at the documentation, and it clearly shows that the input and output types should show in the dropdown. I assume it's due to the errors below.
        *****************************************

Great... Well it seems that Formz is all kinds of messed up now. When I attempt to load the Formz Builder page in the manager, I get nothing (white, no output in the source).

I attempted to reinstall, and am seeing an error in the package installer. I do not recall seeing this error upon initial install but perhaps I missed it.

Path specified for package formz is not a valid or accessible directory: /core/components/formz/model/

Could not load class: fmzForms from mysql.fmzforms.

Could not load class: fmzFormsFields from mysql.fmzformsfields.

Could not load class: fmzFormsValidation from mysql.fmzformsvalidation.

Could not load class: fmzFormsData from mysql.fmzformsdata.

Could not load class: fmzFormsDataFields from mysql.fmzformsdatafields.

        Successfully installed package formz-1.0.0-rc1

        /* EOF */
        (this directory does exist)
I'm getting this same error at the other site but I got it upon initial install of Formz. And upon reinstall.

Both sites are 2.2.5 and are showing a blank Formz Builder page in the manager.

FWIW - When I first installed Formz on the initial site, I was able to view the form builder page and build a form. It's gone now.

After a lot more uninstalling, reinstalling, checking, file permissions changing, uninstalling, and reinstalling I'm getting a slightly different error. The file path that it's looking for in the error is now:
Path specified for package formz is not a valid or accessible directory: /model

        was:
Path specified for package formz is not a valid or accessible directory: /core/components/formz/model/

I just quickly checked on my localhost and pkg worked as per the docs.

Is it possible if I have a look at it?

By all means, thank you. I'll pm you. Something's wiggy with static resources as well. The manager theme changes back to default (using the blue theme) if I change a resource to static, and the code field doesn't show up at all.
