Well, no more excuses for not making video tutorials. OS X Lion's version of QuickTime provides a very nice video recording feature.

Jupjup, very useful laugh

It also features the recording of an area on your screen by just dragging a box around the area you want to record.

I still somehow prefer Screenflow though
