Have had one of my clients asking about the possibility of having a multiple choice questionnaire within their membership pages.

I do not have the faintest idea of how to go about this. However if anyone has any examples or knowledge then this will develop into into "paid" for work.

I am also in need of some database work with regard to a "location finder" and have put this in Webworker lounge.

I have been a member of this community since 2009 (GavinB) but can no longer login with my old username!!

A questionnaire is just a matter of a form with blocks of radio buttons. FormIt (or eForm for Evo) would handle it just fine.

Sorry maybe should have been clearer - they would like the the multiple questionnaire to be "live" so at the end of a number of questions they are given a "score" as it were.

So the system recognises those answers that are wrong...

I presumed as much; that would just be a posthook for FormIt. Use the SESSION for more complex, multi-page forms if necessary.

Like I said, I would be willing to contract this project out should anyone be interested?

Current site is in Evo 1.05
