Modx Revo installing package killed resources tree!

Hi there,

Hoping someone can help on this. I've tried to install the analytics dashboard widget in modx revo 2.2.4-pl traditional.

It had some permission errors in manager/templates and manager/controllers when I first ran it. I set the templates file to be writable and ran the installer again BUT without setting controllers to writeable. The package appeared to install but it gave some errors. Now in manager I can't see the resources tree and am getting lots of JS errors - mostly:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'prototype' of undefined

the errors all lead back to:

manager/assets/modext/workspace/package.browser.tree.js

Is there any easy way to undone what I've done? Is there a manual way to uninstall a package?
