Hi,
I’m building a site that revolves around Studio 7’s tabbed browsing, but have come accross a problem and wonder if anyone can point me in the right direction.
My tabs constitute the main navigation for the site, with tabs ...
Intro - Forum - News - Blog - About.
...This tabbed method ’expects’ everything to work from the one homepage template, although in reality I can add whatever templates I need.
The problem I have, I think, is configuring my Ditto-based blog. From the initial screen, the homepage, I click on the Blog tab and see a lovely list of entries. The problem is when I try to click through to one of those entries to see the whole blog entry...
...using Javascript and a special blog template which is linked to each of the blog entries, I can pull up the Blog tab, but...
...I can’t figure out how to pull up the actual blog entry in full. The tab label is Blog, but the content is the old Intro text. When I refresh the page, it pulls up a blank page.
So I guess there are 2 separate issues here. Firstly, how to pull up the Blog screen and, secondly, how to see teh actual content on that screen.
I fully admit, I am not very experienced with php.
cheerio,
Olly.
Apologies...have sorted the page direction problem by giving the revised Blog template it’s own tpl and substituting the title tag for a content tag. Silly sod.
But this problem with the tabbed browsing remains...is that a lack of compatibility, perhaps?
