Just a personal hate on your new design !!!

I love the paralex scroll but hate the fact that the menu decides to take half of it when scrolling, would be much better if the menu and logo were fixed and the paralex took place below it as it cuts off the text.

It's gonna... stay as it is. I wanted it to be like that so when you break from page head it shows the content underneath, yet keeps the menu there. I did consult with a few people about this approach, and the overall consensus was that when you are browsing down a page, the content is king... This enforces that, content first, menu second.

Thanks for your reply iusemodx, I'm sorry it seems to have caused you offence.

It's a single thread, in an appropriate room titled "Webworker lounge" - and there are many others that have similar threads to post up examples of there work also.

I can't see how this is spamming the entire forum?

P.S I'm a registered MODX professional, and ambassador, and I've never received any complaints such as this before, in fact, the exact opposite. [ed. note: gelstudios last edited this post 12 years, 2 months ago.]

I respectfully disagree. I am not super active on the MODx forums, but actually subscribed to this thread as I enjoy the work Gel Studios does and it gives me inspiration in my own work.

I have no problem with self promotion, but posting a link to a client site every time you create a site using MODX is in my eyes OTT.

You have a Twitter feed - which I see you have already asked "Is this guy being annoying? Does posting my work on the #modx forum classify as spam?"
