    Ok so ive worked out how to make web users etc.

    Now i want to know how to display a message like "you have to be logged in to view this page " when someone trys to acess a restricted page.

      Also how do i make it so when someone signs up there automatically added to a restricted pages group?

        Make a page that says your message, then in the Manager Tools > Configuration > Site > Unauthorized page:, put that document’s ID.

          Using the weblogin snippet or WebLoginPE, specify the user groups as a comma separated list in the &groups parameter.
          &groups=`Registered Users,Publishers,Admins`
