Hi guys, I recently noticed something strange on one of the websites that I built a couple of years ago using MODX.

#.UJzF1oZuL0g - this appears after every url that ends in .html (about 1/4 second delay after the page loads).
    The website is : http://www.divinedesign.ie

That looks awfully suspicious to me. What do you think?

I'm not seeing that at all. Does it do it in all browsers?

        I'd suspect

        <script type="text/javascript" src="http://s7.addthis.com/js/250/addthis_widget.js#pubid=interiordesigner"></script>

        Turn it off and try.

Funny enough it doesn't do it in IE9.

Mark - you were right, it was the addthis plugin that caused that. I have it installed on other websites too and it hasn't modified the URL of the pages. I'll take a closer look at the account settings in Addthis toolbar. Maybe it has something to do with their analytics. Anyway, the pages are indexed properly in google, without that chunk at the end so I guess no harm done.

          I appreciate your help!

The add this plugin only adds the last bit if you are using the built in tracking for it, it's basicly the tracking code for it.

Yep, I'm alright now. I was concerned because I had a lot of sites on a shared server and...well...i didn't want to risk losing all my clients at once smiley
