site_url without language prefix for multilanguage site based on Babel

Hello!

I use Babel for multilaguage site. Default is English and it works well because [[++site_url]] is www.mysite.com/
But in other languages I get [[++site_url]] as www.mysite.com/ru/, www.mysite.com/es/ ans so on...

So I do not get right path to my css and js files. For example:


How to get just domain without language prefix.
