Where is the popup supposed to happen?
You should check the page for validation
http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fassumptiondavao.edu.ph%2Facd%2F&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline&group=0

Right after my homepage loads. I have jquery 1.4.2, 1.7.1, and 1.6.1 ..I'm not sure if there is conflict. I'll try that.

According to the validation that I linked to, you have several HTML errors on the page. You should fix those errors before you worry about any Javascript probems.

CSS files should only be in the HTML head. They may or may not work properly if they are in the body. You should also put your base tag before any css or js files are loaded.
I don't know how to find the css in my mxcalendar:C
I made already the popup thing in my localhost. But when I tried to make it in modx, it fail to display the box, it only shows the darkened background, but not the content.
Jeez. but when I tried to remove the other jquery. Still I can't find my desired output.
Must be jquery conflict, you must try to only use 1 jquery call and this one into the head as first js call.
Try different versions.
I remember I had problems too with Nivo and other scripts.
Evolution user, I like the back-end speed and simplicity
