I am using the following in Wayfinder to generate a navigation menu for the all of the child resource docs associated with the resource document in which it resides.
&startId = `[*parent]`
It instead generates a navigation links for all of the resource documents in the document tree, even those associated with other parent docs.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

What version? Evo or Revo? If Revo, you're using the wrong tag syntax. (use the <> button above the reply box to insert code in the forum, while Evo brackets work here in the forum, it doesn't show us the code you're actually using)
Also, you don't need the &startId if you're using it on the parent resource of the child resources you wish to display. It's defaulted to it's own ID.
If you want to get really specific, just use the specific ID you wish to display children from:
This should help you configure Wayfinder:

I'm using Revo. I was hoping to reference a resource identifier as the &startId so I could reuse it easily for all of the Resource docs and not have to go back and forth to the tree looking up the specific ID #.
I thought &startId=`[*parent]` would do the trick.
Thanks

Are you saying that omitting &startId does not show the self resource's child resources?
I think the UltimateParent snippet might work for you as well.

Thanks, all. I was able to resolve it.
