It's hard to say what hte new paths would be because it would depend how the server is set up and what your home dir is, i've seen some where the home directory is the domain name, and others where its the username.
For a quick referance mine are set up as follows:
Root Directory:
if (!defined('MODX_CORE_PATH')) {
$modx_core_path= '/home/username/public_html/core/';
define('MODX_CORE_PATH', $modx_core_path);
}
if (!defined('MODX_PROCESSORS_PATH')) {
$modx_processors_path= '/home/username/public_html/core/model/modx/processors/';
define('MODX_PROCESSORS_PATH', $modx_processors_path);
}
if (!defined('MODX_CONNECTORS_PATH')) {
$modx_connectors_path= '/home/username/public_html/connectors/';
$modx_connectors_url= '/connectors/';
define('MODX_CONNECTORS_PATH', $modx_connectors_path);
define('MODX_CONNECTORS_URL', $modx_connectors_url);
}
if (!defined('MODX_MANAGER_PATH')) {
$modx_manager_path= '/home/username/public_html/manager/';
$modx_manager_url= '/manager/';
define('MODX_MANAGER_PATH', $modx_manager_path);
define('MODX_MANAGER_URL', $modx_manager_url);
}
if (!defined('MODX_BASE_PATH')) {
$modx_base_path= '/home/username/public_html/';
$modx_base_url= '/';
define('MODX_BASE_PATH', $modx_base_path);
define('MODX_BASE_URL', $modx_base_url);
}
Sub Directory
if (!defined('MODX_CORE_PATH')) {
$modx_core_path= '/home/username/public_html/new/core/';
define('MODX_CORE_PATH', $modx_core_path);
}
if (!defined('MODX_PROCESSORS_PATH')) {
$modx_processors_path= '/home/username/public_html/new/core/model/modx/processors/';
define('MODX_PROCESSORS_PATH', $modx_processors_path);
}
if (!defined('MODX_CONNECTORS_PATH')) {
$modx_connectors_path= '/home/username/public_html/new/connectors/';
$modx_connectors_url= '/new/connectors/';
define('MODX_CONNECTORS_PATH', $modx_connectors_path);
define('MODX_CONNECTORS_URL', $modx_connectors_url);
}
if (!defined('MODX_MANAGER_PATH')) {
$modx_manager_path= '/home/username/public_html/new/manager/';
$modx_manager_url= '/new/manager/';
define('MODX_MANAGER_PATH', $modx_manager_path);
define('MODX_MANAGER_URL', $modx_manager_url);
}
if (!defined('MODX_BASE_PATH')) {
$modx_base_path= '/home/username/public_html/new/';
$modx_base_url= '/new/';
define('MODX_BASE_PATH', $modx_base_path);
define('MODX_BASE_URL', $modx_base_url);
}
As you can see from the above it's simply a case of adding the sub dir to the paths if you have it in a sub directory.
If your ever unsure of the paths just do a clean install using the files from the site you want to move, then overwrite the database and everything should be ok.
