the outline is.
some on might register for an account. They can then setup some parameters to be used in a script. This script will run once a week and store the information with a time stamp. build an xml file from that information for graphing purposes.
once i get it started I can use more real terms... it’s just kinda on the down-low If anyone is interested I might hiring for help on this.
