Hi Folks, i am using Revo 2.2.5 and have just installed Slideshow Manager. I get the following error when installing the package:

xPDOVehicle resolver failed: type php (/usr/local/home/httpd/vhtdocs/dev.silkiskills.com/ehpc/core/packages/slideshowmanager-1.1.0-pl/modCategory/cc1ebaf2caae9fc0fbcf8893fa5cf0da.setupoptions.resolver.resolver)
Could not resolve vehicle for object of class modCategory; criteria: Array ( [category] => SlideshowManager )

Any ideas why? It still installs the package, but when i come to use it and upload and image it just 'hangs' on saving and doesn't do anything.

    Any ideas gratefully received !

Try a different browser? Which are you using? Hanging on save often is a browser extra/addon issue.

I'm not sure if that package install error is something to worry about, or not. Check the MODX error log in the manager after attempting to save an image. Are the images saved? Check the gallery folder. They may be there.

Clear the cache by deleting all the files in core/cache. That never hurts to try.

        Hi, thanks for your response.

I am using Firefox 16.0.1 - tried on IE and nothing happens there either. Cleared the cache after every 'hang' and delete the files in core/cache smiley

I have now managed to load some other images so it looks like the addon is working, despite the error messages. But still having issues with the images i really want to use. They are big in size 370 so i have used an image optimizer to reduce them to 30 or so - could this be the issue?

Do you know if there are any 'Slideshow Manager' specific logs that might give more information?

MODX logs are located in the Reports menu in the manager. Otherwise, your server log may show something.

I wouldn't think size is an issue, but you may want to check your php.ini to see what the maximum upload size is set to.

Consider Firefox and Chrome your go to browsers for MODX. Funky stuff could occur in IE.
