Problem with SQL

I have a warning and i cant change anythig on my control panel in MODX:

Pls tell my how to repair this.

The problem is that your site content table in the database has become corrupted and cannot be accessed. You will need do a repair on that table to attempt to resolve the issue.

You can do a repair via phpMyAdmin or similar if you have it available.

Oh i must tell admin to do it. But i check the Faq on my serwer host, and there is answer exaclly the same like you give me.
