moving from temporary domain

Hi,

I developed my site using a temporary domain www.mysite,com/~test. Now I have pointed my new domain name to my hosting, so I changed RewriteBase back to / in my .htaccess file and cleared my site cache.

Despite this my css and js files are still prefixed with ~test/

I have even tried setting by template base href like so: <base href="http://www.mysite.com" /> but to no avail.
