Answered Newly created Users cant log into MODX site

Aloha Everyone,

I have recently decked out a site using the AMAZING MODX! I am running into a problem though.

Problem:
I am trying to create users through the manager so the client can log in and manage their site. I have created a user and made sure that user is "active". When I log out of my admin account and try to log back in with the new user credentials, It just refreshes the login screen.

Attempted Solutions:
I have tried using a different browser, clearing my browser cache, clearing the cache and sessions from the manager, all with no luck.

I have tried creating a different user and re assigning my password.

Notes:
I have also tried this on another MODX installation and gotten the same problem. There has got to be something I am doing wrong.
Do I need to assign all users to a role or group?
