I am having an issue with non sudo users being able to save resources. Even if the usergroup is set to administrator it still will produce this error via : firebug.

Completely stumped on this one don't know even where to begin to fix the issue.

Do your users see a Save button at all? If they do, what happens when they attempt to save? Does it just hang trying to save?

Yes they are able to click the save button and yes it just hangs on saving the progress bar keeps repeating itself, that's when the error appears in firebug.

Now, when you say firebug, there's a firebug for Chrome. So are you using Firefox or Chrome?
And if Chrome, disable all the Extras. Can you save? Then re-enable them one at a time till you see the error.
Same with Firefox actually.
