Strange Parse Error unexpected ';'

I’m getting a strange parse error. Does anyone know why?

You’ve got a bad snippet. These are parsed by the parser using the PHP EVAL() function, and the error tells you what line in the snippet code is at fault, in this case line 34 of the bad snippet.
