Setting Dynamic GalleryItem

    Hey all, is there a way to set the 
    [[!GalleryItem]]
    in the gallery to grab the first image of the thumbnails in the 
    [[+gallery]]
    ??? I know you can do this 
    [[!GalleryItem?id=`1`]]
    but what if you have more than one gallery? each gallery does not start at id1?
