My client is dismayed about their twitter feed on the front-end always being blank due to lack of tweeting and twitter's ever-shrinking tweet-archival time. I'm using the TweetLines snippet in evo to output the data. Is there any way i can easily pull in the client's tweets via an RSS archive of the twitter account, thus keeping the newest ones there indefinitely? Is there already an addon or snippet for this? Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately Twitter has removed the RSS feed from their service recently. The only way to do this is to use the API. I don't know if it's been done yet or not.

You don't need special add-on for this:
on the template, just add this for the response's holder:
<ul id="twitter_update_list"></ul>
and add this JS:
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://twitter.com/javascripts/blogger.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://api.twitter.com/1/statuses/user_timeline/[Change_This_With_Your_Username].json?callback=twitterCallback2&count=4"></script>
