Custom Manager Pages in 2.3

They get put under the Apps menu. No Components menu item any more. The first item in the Apps menu is the Installer, then comes any add-on CMPs.

Installer? Is that Package Manager, or a MODX updater? I haven't had time to look at 2.3.
