We are using the
to ease coding on a fairly large flyout menu in our template. But haven't figured out how to force the use of https on certain links.
Is it possible to do so with site_url or do we need to manually enter the full url in the chunk coding?

Can you provide more context to what the chunk coding is intended for? Is this for use in Wayfinder or another extra?
The navigation menu, is a js flyout mega-menu, with links to both internal and external pages. It uses an inhouse code (ccs & jquery), not Wayfinder or other modx specific plug ins. The chunk contains all of the flyout panel codes, since the same menu is shared by all pages.
Basically it is a huge collection of links and we were using site_url to avoid coding and recoding all the internal links when we tested on one server and later moved to the live server.
But some of the links need to have an https, as they link to secure sales pages. site_url only gives a http url, is there an equivalent that would generate an https url? Or do we need to hard code the secure links within the chunk.
