If not showing links

I am trying to give user ability to turn on social links in his footer with TV s and chunks, nothings happening, i dont get it.

I got an if not iffing coupled with switch not switching in one template myself...

You want to call the snippet uncached. Otherwise you'll be seeing the cached version from previous visits to the page (or any page that uses the snippet):

if was installed, uninstalled and reinstalled and it works, great.....
