I was looking on this forum, but didn't found any solve.
Resource tree has dissapeared. My website doesn't work (Page not found. The page you requested was not found.).
But manager works. And the last thing i've done was creating some document, this document was empty and I closed my manager.
Maybe this is it, but I found in the internet that it may be caused by bad cookie file, which is generated after over 50 documents in resources tree. Please, help me.

Did you do anything in the Security menu? Perhaps you modified your user permissions somehow?
Or, perhaps you did nothing and the default user has no permissions? Your Default Administrator user should have a user group set to Administrator and a Role of Super User. You will also want to check the Sudo box in your user page.
If you created another user and are using that login, set it to Admin and Super User as well. It sounds like you are locked out of the resources by a permission.
You might also just have a corrupted cache from shutting down the Manager at a bad time.
Try manually deleting all files in the core/cache directory and clearing your browser cache and cookies (this assumes that you're using MODX Revolution).
