No. But you could probably write a snippet that would do it.
Bob Ray's Default Resource Group will help you with this in the future. It only took one site with 30 pages for me to decide that Default Resource Group is to be the first package I download in all future installations. At minimum, it makes setting up an allDocs resource group NOT a nightmare with the drag and drop.

If theres nested resources you can just hide the top level one and it should hide all its children, this should be a feature request for Batcher extra
If you want to put all existing resources in the same resource group, this utility snippet will do it:
<?
/* SetResourceGroup Snippet */
$resources = $modx->getCollection('modResource');
foreach ($resources as $resource) {
$resource->joinGroup('AllDocs'); /* or whatever Resource Group you want */
$resource->save(); /* don't think this is actually necessary */
}
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
PLEASE, PLEASE specify the version of MODX you are using.
MODX info for everyone:

Bob,
Once I create the snippet do I need to call it from my pages?
Thanks

I just tested this. It works beautifully.
Create a snippet tool page, hide it. Call the snippet there, view the page once. Check your resource group. The docs should show up.
Sweet! Thank you Bob!

Well dang... typo?
I know this is a stupid question, but did you save the snippet with a name first?

Is your target group allDocs or AllDocs like it shows in the snippet? I had to change it, because I'm using allDocs.
