I have an issue concerning multi-value multi-select Template Variables and their separators -- how do I get them to work?
Here’s a more detailed description:
I’ve created a Template Variable whose Input Type I want to be "Listbox (Multi-select)." For Input Options, therefore, I use the following string "Telecoms||Universal Access||FOSS||IPR and Open Content||e-Governance."
This works well enough on the documents that I create. I get a nice Listbox which allows me to select multiple values.
However, comes the time for ModX to retrieve the values, multiple always come out stuck together!
For example: if I select "Universal Access" and "Open Content", ModX retrieves the value as "Open ContentUniversal Access." I can’t seem to get any separator to work. Poking around in the database, I do see that the value of the tag in this document is "Open Content||Universal Access" -- but it doesn’t come out this way after the ModX processing.
Anyone seen this problem before? Any fix?

you need to set the widget to delimited list in the tv configuration.
