Manger Continually Refreshes

I’m sorry for posting this here, I didn’t know where else to put it. I’ve searched for a long time and only found a vaguely similar bug, but no response or solution. Problem: Upon saving a change in the manger it will continue to refresh/reload the page and I have to manually stop it. Has anyone experienced this or know of a solution?

What version of MODx?
What browser and OS are you using when this occurs?
Other helpful info might be your server information too.

Sorry, I didn’t even think that it may be OS related, but here is what I’m running:

ModX ver 0.9.6
Mac OSX 10.4.10
Safari 3

If I remember correctly it happened to me in FF too.

I’d tend to think all bets are off with Safari 3 since it’s beta and still in development. Try Firefox. (It doesn’t continually loop in Safari 2.0.x, FYI)
